Silhouette Tutorial - How to Print and Cut ANY Clipart Image

Sandy asked me to make a video showing how to use an image from the internet and make it into a print and cut for the Silhouette.  This is a great option and the possibilities are endless!!

I used  this same method to cut vinyl window clings for my son's car with the Cubs Logo, and his college logo for my car.  I also made a Dallas Cowboys window cling for a friend.   Just make sure when you are searching for images that you get something with decent resolution.... I'd say nothing less than 200 x 200, but preferably 400 x 400 or better, this particular image was over 1000 x 1000.

Have fun creating and as always I'd love to see what you made!

If there are any techniques that you'd like me to use in a video, please let me know.  I'm enjoying the requests and will try and get them uploaded as quickly as possible.

  2. Hi Lorrie! I am a starter and I want to buy my own die cutting machine. I am torn between the cricut expression and the silhouette. I am planning to bring this crafting to business. What do you recommend? Thank you. Your suggestion is highly appreciated. :)
